24 Hour Post Cleaning Policy
The customer has a 24 hour time frame to report any areas of concern that were missed or not done to full expectation. Please provide photos of the areas and we will schedule and send our cleaners to finish the concerned areas free of charge. We have the right to dispute a claim if necessary.
48 Hour Cancellation Policy
In the need to cancel a cleaning service, please provide a 48 hour notice of cancellation. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 30 percent of the initial service charge.
Deposits
A 20 percent deposit from the initial quote is required to hold a Move In/Out Cleaning. If the need for cancellation arises within 72 hours of the cleaning appointment date, deposits are non-refundable. After the Move In/Out cleaning is completed the remaining amount will be due.
Initial Cleaning
This is the first introduction cleaning that will generally take a bit more time so our cleaners can familiarize with the property and get it to our cleaning standards. When setting up re-occurring cleanings the price will be reduced going forward. *Price is not reflected on Deep Or Move In/Out Cleanings.
Payment Policy
We accept payment in the forms of Zelle, Check to "Days On E Cleaning Services", and Card via Chase or Square Payment.
Pick Up Policy
All areas must be free of clutter and organized in a manner that our cleaners can work freely in. Bulk trash left in areas other than the trash bins must be removed prior to our cleaners arrival. Household objects left on the floor will not be moved for any reason, not even to vacuum/mop under them. We do not organize household items unless requested and agreed upon prior to service.
Right To Change Or Refuse Service
We have the right to change or refuse service to anyone anytime. In an event that a property is in need of more cleaning past the allotted cleaning time frame, we can work with you to re-schedule the next day or when it is most convenient. You will not be charged until the cleaning is completed, unless it is scheduled to be cleaned in different parts. Due to the urgency of Move-In/Out Cleanings or Special Occasion Cleanings re-scheduling will not apply and will be completed in a timely manner.
If for any reason our cleaners report that the property requires extra cleaning services due to the state of the property being in poor condition than previously discussed during the initial quote, we may kindly request a new quote for the additional services and complete the cleaning.
OR we have the right to stop cleaning and refuse service entirely.
Safety Policy
For the safety of our customers and our cleaners we do not move big or heavy objects, reach past our physical height limits, or climb on any furniture that is not brought in by our cleaning crew. Safe cleaning is a priority, we will work together to achieve that while maintaining excellent service standards.
For the safety of our cleaners, we will not clean up or handle any biohazard or bio hazardous materials. We will not clean any electronics i.e. computers, tv's, etc. aside from dusting.
Trash Removal
We will ask customers during their first initial cleaning if trash will be removed or not. We will not assume trash removal is needed from household bins unless otherwise stated.
Wall Cleaning
We do not clean matte walls or areas without a protective surface.
Weekly Cleanings
If a weekly cleaning is scheduled we will clean based on our knowledge and rotation. Meaning, spot checking areas of need.
